Opening an account on Jitbaz requires meeting a few basic eligibility criteria. These are in place to ensure the safety and fairness of our platform.

Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to register with Jitbaz. We may request age verification at any time. If you are found to be underage, your account will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination at any time.

• Your real name, date of birth, and valid contact details are required
• Each individual is allowed one account only
• Opening two accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited
• You cannot open an account in someone else's name

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (email, password, OTP) completely confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and notify Jitbaz Support.

Jitbaz currently supports Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Deposits must be made from your own account only — third-party payments are not accepted
• No additional fees are charged on deposits
• Deposited funds are credited to your balance instantly — if there's a delay, please contact support
• Always save the transaction ID for any deposit

The following conditions apply when making a withdrawal from Jitbaz. We always strive to make the process fast and hassle-free.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000 (one lakh BDT)
• Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile number used for the deposit
• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours
• Unusual transactions may require additional verification, which can take 24–48 hours

Welcome Bonus

• Only new members are eligible for the welcome bonus on their first deposit
• Bonus options must be activated before making a deposit
• The same person cannot claim bonuses using multiple accounts

Wagering Requirements

To withdraw bonus funds, you must place a specified amount in bets (wagering). For example, a 10× wagering requirement means that receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires you to place ৳10,000 in bets.

• Some games do not contribute 100% towards wagering requirements — see the promotions page for details
• Attempting to withdraw a bonus before meeting the wagering requirements will result in the bonus being cancelled
• Jitbaz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

Certain fundamental rules apply when placing bets on Jitbaz. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.

• Always review the odds and stake carefully before placing a bet — Jitbaz is not responsible for incorrect bets
• Requests to cancel a bet before a match begins are only accepted within a specified time window
• Odds in live betting are subject to change — bets will be settled at the odds in place at the time of confirmation
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Jitbaz reserves the right to void the affected bets
• If a match is cancelled, your stake is generally refunded
• Bets may be voided if a match is abandoned midway or does not reach the specified over or half
• Attempting to gain arbitrage by placing bets on the same event using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jitbaz platform. Violations may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

1. Any form of money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
2. Claiming bonus benefits by creating multiple accounts
3. Exploiting system vulnerabilities (bugs or glitches)
4. Placing bets using bots or automated software
5. Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
6. Using another person's account or identity
7. Attempting to hack or carry out a cyberattack on the platform
8. Demeaning or harassing other users

Jitbaz reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.

• If evidence of a rule violation is found, the account will be suspended immediately
• Accounts may be restricted after a certain period if KYC verification is not completed
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be automatically placed in a dormant state
• Users may also request to close their own account at any time
• If your account is closed with a valid balance, the funds will be returned — however, any bonuses will be forfeited

Jitbaz believes gaming should always be a source of enjoyment. If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, seek help right away.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Use a session timer to take a break after a set amount of time
• If needed, activate a self-exclusion period of 6 months or 1 year
• Keep your account details completely out of reach of minors

If you have a dispute regarding a bet outcome or a transaction, please contact the Jitbaz support team first. We take all complaints seriously and work to resolve them as quickly as possible.

• Complaints must be submitted within 72 hours of the incident
• Providing detailed information with supporting evidence will help us resolve your issue faster
• If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may initiate an escalation process
• In all disputes, Jitbaz's decision shall be considered final and binding
• Jitbaz reserves the right to correct any results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical error

Jitbaz reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Any changes will be reflected on the website and may also be communicated to your registered email address.

• Changes take effect from the date of publication
• It is the user's responsibility to check this page regularly
• Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
